"KUE PISANG"
150 gram tepung beras
300 cc santan kental
500 cc santan enter
2 lembar daun pandan
200 gram gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
daun pisang untuk membungkus secukupnya
5-6 buah pisang raja/kepok yang tua, belah dua, potong ukuran 3 cm
[1] Larutkan tepung beras dengan santan kental, sisihkan. Masak santan encer, daun pandan, gula, dan garam sampai mendidih, gula larut, dan aroma pandan tercium. Kecilkan api.
[2] Masukkan larutan tepung beras, aduk rata hingga adonan licin mengkilat. Masak sampai setengah matang, angkat.
[3] Ambil selembar daun pisang, letakkan 2 sendok makan penuh adonan tepung, letakkan sepotong pisang di tengah.
[4] Rapikan hingga pisang terbungkus adonan tepung dengan bantuan spatula/daun pisang.
[5] Lipat/gulung daun menurut panjang, lipat kedua ujungnya ke bawah hingga bungkusan membentuk segiempat. Lakukan hal yang sama hingga adonan selesai.
[6] Kukus di atas api besar +/- 15-20 menit. Setelah matang rapikan potongan duan, dinginkan, sajikan.

"BANANA CAKES"
Ingredents:
150 gram rice flour
300 cc thin coconut milk
500 cc thick coconut milk
2 pandanu leaves
200 grams granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh banana leaves
10 ripe kepok bananas
Method:
[1] Cook thin coconut milk, pandanu leaves, granulated sugar, and salt until it's boiled.
[2] After that, mix it with thick coconut milk and rice flour, stir until it's looked shiny. Remove from heat.
[3] Take a piece of banana leaf, put 2 tablespoonful of the dough, and put the sliced banana on the center of the dough.
[4] Manage the dough so the sliced banana is closed by folding the dough with spatula
[5] Fold the banana left so it's closed.
[6] Steam it on the high flame for about 15-20 minutes. After it's cooked, remove it, and serve cool.

"BANANA TORTEN"
Ingredents:
150 Gramm Reis Mehl
300 CC dünne Kokosmilch
500 cc dicke Kokosmilch
2 pandanu Blätter
200 g Kristallzucker
1 / 2 TL Salz
Frische Bananen-Blätter
10 reife Bananen kepok
Methode:
[1] Cook dünne Kokosmilch, pandanu Blätter, Kristallzucker und Salz, bis sie gekocht.
[2] Nach dem, mischen sie mit dicken Kokosmilch Reis und Mehl, rühren, bis sie sich glänzend. Entfernen von Wärme.
[3] Nehmen Sie ein Stück Banane Blatt, put 2 Teelöffel des Teiges, und die in Scheiben geschnittenen Bananen in die Mitte des Teiges.
[4] verwalten den Teig, so dass die Banane in Scheiben geschnitten wird durch Falten den Teig mit Spachtel
[5] Fold die Bananen nach links, so ist es geschlossen.
[6] Steam es auf hoher Flamme für ca. 15-20 Minuten. Nachdem es gekocht, entfernen Sie es, und dienen cool.
